Constitutional Law: Introduction
This research guide is intended to help researchers of Constitutional Law. There are primarily materials related to the U.S. constitution, but there are also state and international materials included. Internet links are also included; however, coverage is somewhat restricted due to the fact that the internet is fluid as to its content, and also because a simple search with a search engine will generally provide a researcher with whatever he is looking for
The guide is organized according to the topics listed to the left, in the guide outline. First, it covers historical Constitutional Law resources. Then it moves on to reference works and treatises, after which the scope widens to consider state and international materials.
In the sections of the guide focusing on print materials, the "location" provides the call number for a work. Clicking on the title takes a user to the relevant entry in the catalog. Where possible, guide sections about statutes link to the appropriate law.
Please contact us if you have any questions or need any further guidance. Being asked for reference help is no bother--it's why we're here.
